Warranty

Thank you for choosing Audeara! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read the following warranty terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Coverage Period

Your Audeara product is covered by a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to brand new, unused products purchased by the first end user directly from Audeara or through one of our approved reseller stockists. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Warranty Claims

If, within the warranty period, your product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, Audeara will, without charge for labor or parts, repair or replace the product or its defective parts at our discretion. Please contact our staff if you experience any issues (book a remote Support Call), regardless of your warranty status, so we can assist you promptly.

Replacement Parts

Defective products or parts may be replaced with new or refurbished ones, and all replaced items become the property of Audeara. For any repairs required outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a quote for your approval before proceeding.

Exclusions

The following cases are not covered by this warranty:

  • Faults resulting from improper use, including operating errors, mechanical damage, or incorrect operating voltage. Proper use is defined as following the guidelines outlined in the user manual.
  • Wear and tear on specific components, including the headband, hard plastic on the outer cup, and charging port of Audeara headphones.
  • Any modifications made to Audeara products by you or a third party without prior written consent from Audeara.
  • Faults resulting from force majeure or known issues at the time of purchase.

Void Warranty Claims

Warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with by unauthorised persons or repair shops.

International Coverage

Warranty claims can be enforced worldwide, provided that the statutory rights of the country are not in conflict with our warranty regulations.

Statutory Rights

Consumers may have additional statutory rights in their own countries, which are not restricted by these warranty terms and conditions. The warranty is governed by the laws of the country where the Audeara product was purchased.
